I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
\u00b7 Preparing of journal vouchers; reconciling of monthly statements of vendors, matching of
purchase order, goods receipt, vendor invoice discrepancies and documentation.
\u00b7 Processing and recording of petty cash replenishment, reimbursement, cash advance and
liquidation.
\u00b7 Charging of expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice\/expense reports and
recording of entries.
\u00b7 Preparing accounts payable monitoring report on a monthly basis and other financial reports
as required.
\u00b7 Responsible in updating of journal entries and perform month-end closing activities.
\u00b7 Managing incoming calls from the vendors to ensure that invoices are accurate and
compliant with company guidelines.
\u00b7 Responsible in the proper maintenance, filing and storage of records and provides
documentation in case of audits.
\u00b7 Providing both internal and external customer services in an effectual and cost-effective
manner.
\u00b7 Performs other related duties as required<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I.        QUALIFICATIONS<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

A.    Minimum Education<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       The candidate must be a graduate in BS in Accountancy, CPA preferred.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
